Sitka Counseling welcomes all who need service and are assessed as appropriate for the services we offer. We are a multi-service behavioral health agency specializing in Mental Health and Substance use disorders. Our team has been working together for the past 10 years to help service our clients here in Sitka. Our leadership is a collaborative approach to address the person as a whole and meet them where they are in their journey to health. Dr. Douglas Smith, MD is our Medical Director who is available in person, twice a month by appointment.
